Class News

Congratulations to Patty, Joanna, Sarah, and Sandy for meeting their fitness goals this month. If you didn't quite meet your goal, don't feel bad! You might want to re-think your expectations. Are you asking too much of yourself? Being realistic in your goals is important. Also, don't beat yourself up if you don't quite make it. Life (and weather, in our case!) can get in the way.

I also wanted to let you know that I picked up a couple of new steps today. come in and try them out--they are for you!

Finally, Monday starts a new month. Because we had such great attendance last month, I'm going to stay with the same schedule for February: Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with a yoga segment on Thursday.

Thank you so much to everyone for your support. I am having so much fun teaching this class, and it is because of all of the wonderful people! You ladies are fabulous! Jill

This class is so awesome. I love it. This month might be kind of crazy with moving and all. I set my goal so that I could miss 4 classes. Hopefully I'll reach it. Good job Sandy, JoAnna, Sara and Patti. Your inspiration!!!! So are you Jill. You didn't miss a one. See ya Wednesday. Denise

Denise, I'm sure you will make your goal this month. Life (and the weather) threw several people a curve ball last month, but this month we are on our way. Glad you are having fun. :0) Me too. Jill
